More about the cage diving: These operators use scuba gear to allow you to stay underwater and watch the sharks without holding your breath. No diving experience is needed. The scuba tanks stay on the vessel, and the air hose is passed into the cage. If you prefer, you can also use a snorkel. The average dive time is 20 minutes. Once everyone has had a turn, you can dive again. If you prefer not to dive, you can view the sharks from the observation deck.

More about breaching: Seal Island is the site of the famous ‘flying sharks’, or Great Whites which attack their prey with such force that they leap right out of the water. This largely happens at sunrise, and only during a few months of the year (April to August).
